**Introduction:** I am doing mail merging from Word to Outlook. When the mail merge have been done, all the mails are in the Outbox outbox (I am offline in order to review the emails before I send them out). I use a plugin for word to do advanced mail merging. The plugin is called Mapilab Mail Merge Toolkit. By using this plugin, I am able to put more than one email in the cc: and bcc: fields. However for some reason I am not able to do it in the "to:" field. I often send out email and have the need to send out to several people (if they need to discuss something via mail they can just press reply to all).
**Solution:** I was thinking about a workaround for this problem? My best suggestion is:
I make the mail merge from Word to Outlook as I always do. I put the several email addresses that I want to have in the "to:" field in the "bcc:" field instead.
In Outlook I get programmed a plugin. This program goes through all mails in the Outbox and first delete the email address in the "to:" field and then move all email addresses from e.g. "bcc:" field to the "to:" field (it should also be possible to move from and to "to:" "cc:" "bcc:" fields in all combinations - e.g. move from "to:" to "cc:" and "cc:" to "to:" - in other words swift around the email addresses between "to:" and "cc:").
Could it be made as a plugin where you press a button and then get a small dialogue box with dropdowns where you can choose between which fields you want to move the email addresses or that you want to replace emails (delete in "to:" field and insert from" bcc:" field).
The code should be descriptive and commented.
