I need to have a database developed that can function on both a MAC or a PC. It doesn't need to look great, it only needs to manage a couple of simple functions. Basically, I receive a list every day of people who are interested in buying my products. The list contains information in the following format:
> "FIRST NAME","LAST NAME","ADDRESS","CITY","STATE","ZIP CODE","COUNTRY","PHONE NUMBER","EMAIL ADDRESS","CARD TYPE","CARD NUMBER","EXPIRE MONTH","EXPIRE YEAR","CVV2","IP ADDRESS","BILLING PRICE","BILLING CURRENCY"
When I receive this file, I want to upload the data into this database, and then have the database batch process them to a web-form.
Basically, I want to be able to press a button which would immediately export the data into the web-form. I do not have an API for the webform, and I don't believe the webform allows you to alter the URL without voiding the sessionID. When visiting this webform, a sessionID is created which looks something like this:
I imagine this would need to function almost like a key-stroke generator, but I'm not sure. So I am open for opinions.
I would prefer this to be an automatic process, press 1 button and it would batch process the whole file, recording the response of each transaction (ie: Successful/Declined) and timestamped with the date it was attempted. Then upon review of the file, I would be able to see the results, and sort them and export them by results, etc.
However, during the batch process, I would like to see 2 status bars which contains the % of the file it has completed along with an approval % so far. For Example:
Processing 14 of 50 .. 28% Complete
Approved 12 of 13 .. 92% Approval
Time is of the essence.
