This project involves developing an image enhancement/processing algorithm for high density regions in X-ray images in C/C++.
I need an algorithm to enhance these regions so that I can segment/detect certain objects out from the images. Currently in the images some of these high density regions have density close to background density and therefore makes it harder to find the object of interest. NOTE: this project does involve detecting these objects only enhancing certain regions in the images using image processing techniques.
More details will be given in requirement doc.
You will need to have experience in image processing and enhancement. Knowledge of X-ray images is a plus. DO NOT BID if you don't have experience in either of these fields.
I will also ask to sign an NDA before sending over requirements.
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
Windows, C/C++ VS2008 Prototyping can be done in Matlab if desired.
