Excel to webservice API

We want to send out orders from excel to our proprietary webservice API, which runs on the local computer.

There will be five variables (keyStroke, Ordername, Symbol, Price, Shares).

We need a button for excel which sends out orders if all five variables are present in a row, in some predetermined location on the excelsheet.

We have documentation for the API. Also, we have a small application in Visual Studio with full source code (tested, working) that is able to send out orders with the five variables via the API. Both documentation and source code will be provided.

Testing will have to occur on our Server 2008 because the webservice API only works within our private network. A remote desktop user will be provided with 24/7 access. Testing can be done in simulation by the programmer, and we will perform the final tests in a live environment.
