I have a project Visual Studio 2008 [url removed, login to view] project checked in SVN. I need to use SVN + Hudson + MSBuild to manage the project build. The project compiles and runs as desired invoking the build from Visual Studio.
So far so good. Then I invoke the build process from another machine which is our Continuous Integration server with Hudson.
After an svv checkout my build process fails because some folders (don't know exactly which) are read only. When I checkout the working copy to a non versioned one the build advances (so I presume SVN has something to do with it) but then I get an error asking me for the Crystal reports runtime which I don't have and don't know which version to get.
My deliverable statement is: Pls download the working copy and create a (hopefuly) short and concise and assist through the process of setting up my working copy and be able to use SVN + Hudson + MSBUILD. Attached you will find a working copy. The svn repo is not remotely accesible.
