Juniper Netscreen VPN configuration

Hi, we need help to configure a Juniper Netscreen SSG5 v6.1 to accept incoming roadwarrior connections (IPSEC) on a public IP addresses and allow this address acess to specific private addresses behind the SSG. Access shall work with windows and linux based clients. (Optional Mac OS). Required solution would be that you're able to achieve the required configuration and could walk one of our system administrators through the necessary configuration settings and build up some knowledge here.
