1) Need actual field names for database so I can import fields into my loan origination software (LOS) or to Fannie or Freddie Mac.
2) Want to setup web pages for appliation so it can run in either windows or linux environment (already have pages created).
3) Like to have clients confirm data inputed, 4) be able to update their information and also get 5) updates as to their status of application which was submitted and 6) upload or fax papers/docs to me.
I created and maintain my site. I just moved it from Linus to Windows (originally was Windows, started using FrontPage 2 years ago-damn it!).
Low budget of course. See that some have already done this type of project. Hopeing to find someone who has already done the footwork before.

I have obtained information from MISMO regarding the Logical data dictionary by MISMO DTD with test case data as well. I am uploading this information. They use OpenOffice which I guess I will learn now. Mortgage Application information attached.
