Exporting Servicenow service catalog tasks to a new file -- 2

Hey, I am looking to create a flow that uses servicenow api to get open tickets from the queue. I want to be able to get the details in the each ticket. For example, end users create a ticket request asking for a new account creation. I want to have a flow that get the details from the ticket request and saves it somewhere like in excel/notepad [login to view URL] is for an automation tool which requires the server knowing the user details Tasks required: 1. Get user details from a ServiceNow request 2. Save the user details into a file
