We need a generalist that will outsource manage all of our internal IT Management needs. We are a property management firm for self-storage that manages 15 facilities and a virtual customer care center and roughly 20-25 people at most times. We operate in a general Microsoft environment but also use a Call Center software (CallPotential), have to operate remote gate and building access systems, kiosks, cameras, Tenant Property Management System, monitors and route calls and texts all over. Additionally we have to link everything to our entire digital presence (website, online transactions, SEO and SEM, online marketing, review management, web presence management, call tracking metrics, etc). The basic functional areas are General Support, Customer Care Center Specific, Onsite and Remote Communication (Building/Gate Access, TV. Systems, Cameras, Cellular Repeaters, Kiosks), Digital Presence and Marketing, and some Analytics. We envision this to be some heavy lifting upfront and then a part-time ongoing job. The facilities are located in Arizona, Alabama, and Florida with the customer care center primarily centered in Arizona.
