A SECURITY MECHANISM AGAINST CORDINATED ROUTING TABLE OVERFLOW ATTACK IN DESTINATION-SEQUENCED DISTANCE-VECTOR (DSDV) ROUTING PROTOCOL.

Dear Sir, I am working on a project to find a solution to the routing table overflow attack in DSDV Routing protocol in Mobile Adhoc Networks.

In this attack, the malicious nodes join the network and start advertising RREQ (route requests) to non existing nodes.

This is done periodically to overwhelm the protocol implementation by filling up the routing tables of the authentic nodes there by rendering them incapable of discovering routes to genuine nodes.

The results is that all genuine route requests coming in are discarded because the routing tables are filled with useless route requests from the malicious nodes.

I have the methodoloy well laid out but my problem has been adding the malicious nodes in my simulation in ns2. if you can help me add malicious nodes in DSDV, then I can pay you for that and handle the rest. If you can do the entire project, that will be fine. I am willing to negotiate with you for your pay.
