I am putting together a mixed-gender team of security guards and housekeepers who can keep the site safe, clean, and fully operational around the clock. For security, the brief is straightforward: maintain a continuous 24/7 presence. Shifts must be arranged so the premises are always covered, with guards actively patrolling the grounds, watching the CCTV feeds, and verifying every visitor’s ID before entry. I expect concise incident and patrol logs at the end of each shift so I can track activity in real time. Housekeeping staff—again, both male and female—will handle the daily cleaning and upkeep that keep the facility presentable for staff and guests. Coordination with security is important; the goal is a seamless operation where cleanliness and safety reinforce one another.
