Self Reflection

Hi - I'm a senior leader in a multi-national company where all senior leaders have been engaged in a project. We need to create a self evaluation of our lives to date; describing influences and significant moments. We have then been given some directed reading on sociology theories and we need to apply these theories and perspectives to explain/apply to our life experiences. Despite reading sociology theories for a while, I'm having trouble with this part (I major in applied Chemistry). The project is being overseen by a University department out of the UK. I'm looking for someone that can read my self review and insert applications of sociological theories and perspectives.
