40 PR3 Backlinks Needed

We will provide the target industry, URLs(deep links) and keywords for the anchor text to the winning bidder ONLY. Please do not ask for this prior to your bid. ## Deliverables We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the criteria below and mentioned above and will base payment on meeting these criteria (if you don't agree to these terms, please do not bid or contact us): 1) Links must be on pages with a Google PR of at least 3. If the homepage is PR3 and the page for the link is less than PR3 the link will not be accepted. 2) The links must be one-way links only with no reciprocal links 3) Links should contain the keyword phrase within the anchor text 4) Links must be permanent static HTML text, NO GRAPHICS. 5) Links must be only from the following domains .com only all others will not be acceptable. 6) Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and links cannot include a rel=nofollow tag or a NOINDEX (all links must be able to be indexed by Googlebot and other search engine bots) 7) One link per domain and all links must be from different Class-C IP addresses 8) We will not accept websites that require payment or that will require payment later 9) Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google within the last 30 days 10) Link page must be English language only 11) Link page must be SEO-friendly (no redirects, cloaking or framed pages, JavaScript links, hidden links, flash sites/pages, fake PRs, jump scripts, dynamic links, string parameters, session IDs, etc.) 12) Links must be manually submitted - NO automated links or techniques of blog comment spam or referrer spam, NO spam bots or automated software 13) No link exchange programs or web rings such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] etc. 14) No link schemes, no ping sites, no links within newsgroups 15) No cloaking, banned sites, link farms, blog farms, scraped content sites, mirror sites, link schemes, or sites overrun with contextual advertising, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. 16) No sites using dynamically generated links, mouse overs, or other page rank hoarding tricks 17) NO links from free-for-all, hacker, pharmacy, illegal, gambling, drug, violence, gambling, sports, poker, warez, or other websites that could tarnish our company's reputation 18) No forums, directories, blog comment submissions, profiles, article submissions, guestbooks, newsgroups, classifieds links, sponsored links, or ads 19) All work shall be performed in an ethical White Hat SEO method in compliance with Google guidelines. Grey/black hat SEO will result in immediate termination without payment. An Excel spreadsheet is required with the following for us to review: a) Site Title b) Site PR c) Link URL d) URL Page PR e) Date Link was Placed f) Anchor Text used to point the link to our site Following are preferred: 1) Links must be on pages with no more than 20 outbound links 2) The links MUST NOT be added all at once, no more than 8 links per day are to be added 1) We prefer to have backlinks from both adult and non-adult industries. 2) If you have no previous experience, please do not bid.
