Create Web 2.0 accounts, submit articles & add links in them

Hey, I am looking for someone or some VA company with experience in web 2.0 sites (preferably in philiphines) that can build me a network with web 2.0 and article directories, i will supply all the content (articles) and the tags and keywords that i want to target, what i want you to build is the next: Below what I called one linkwheel and it's the task you would need to do. 1. you have to create one account at these 10 web 2.0 properties ( these web 2.0 sites may change from time to time) You would also need IE 6 or 7 to spin the articles. And I'm willing to pay around $3.00-$4.00 for 1 such phase. I would need around 10 phases for a start and hence please bid for that amount around $30 onwards.
