16 PR 3 Links; four different url's.

I have four url's of related sites and it is okay to have the four togather on the same link site. The industries are: insurance and construction. (Insurance brokerage specializing in construction.) The number of links is 4+4+4+4= 16 total links PR3 or higher. ALL of following conditions must be fulfilled (typical link blah) blah): 1. Only links from relevant sites will be accepted 2. Links must be permanent one way static html links with the anchor text of our choice with no rel=nofollow links in the code. 3. The link page indexed with PR3 or higher by Google, no redirects, javascript links, hidden links, or other unethical tactics. 4. Link page must be search engine friendly. (static page) ie no redirects, cloaking, etc. Page must not be dis-allowed by [login to view URL] 5. Links from guestbooks, FFA, forums etc. are not acceptable. 6. The linking page must have no more than 30 outbound links. 7. English language web sites only. 8. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 9. I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. I will provide anchor text and description but will ofcource take suggestions afters I submitted text. Thanks for your concideration.
