Virtual assistant for ongoing weekly tasks Are you organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to work together? Can you prioritize your time and meet deadlines? Do you take pride in doing a great job? You must be part of an agency (as it's unlikely one person will have all the skills I need, so other team members from your agency will need to be pulled in from time to time). This specific, posted job is a way for us to meet each other and see if we're suited to work together long-term. If you're successful with this specific job these are the ongoing tasks which fall into several categories, which you'd do on a long term basis (note: ** I'll have written all of the copy): 1. Scheduling my weekly blog post in Wordpress, optimizing it for SEO and readability 2. Scheduling social promo posts in Hootsuite 2. Adding events to my Wordpress website 3. Scheduling campaigns in Active Campaign 4. Promoting events on Facebook, Twitter etc. 5. Designing surveys in survey monkey from time to time 6. Updating documents in Google docs, Google sheets 7. Basic research from time to time 8. Graphic design (in Canva) Specifically, for this test task, I am looking for someone to copy my blog post from a Google doc and put it into Wordpress. This includes formatting it so it looks like all my other blog posts, and optimizing it for SEO and readability. Must haves: - I'd like to work with a VA for the long term, someone who would do this and other tasks weekly (about 7 - 11 hours/week) so please don't apply if you're not interested/available for that. - MUST be affiliated with an agency (it's unlikely that one person will have all of the necessary skills, so able to work with other agency members when needed to complete tasks). - MUST be able to follow detailed instructions and pay attention to details.
