100 PR3 backlinks REQUIREMENTS: - Backlinks with 100% white hat techniques only! - Links must be strictly from PR3+ pages - internal pages, iframe page with PR less than 3 wont count. - Links must be permanent. - One link per domain. - Links must be placed on proper PR3+ web pages, either on home page or internal pages.
