Our client needs 2 mega-menu type menus/overlays on their website. There are 2 different menus, one on the left and one on the right.
When you click the left menu, you're presented with the "How We Can Help" overlay. This is the default layout. The only time the menu changes is when you hover over the "Vehicle Accidents" menu item, which loads a different overlay.
On the right, when you click the "About Our Law Firm" button, you're presented with that overlay, with the menu items simply redirecting to their respective pages. The menu does not change at all.
In summary, there are 2 menus that need to be programmed with a total of 3 different layouts. These 2 menus should appear for all widths 981px and above. Everything under 981px will simply default to a mobile menu, that I've already setup.

The 3 menus are color coded in the PSD:

How We Can Help Menu: Yellow = Should replace default menu when on "Vehicle Accidents"
About Our Law Firm: Blue = Default look for the menu
