PowerApps for vaccines

Looking to develop a PowerApps / Microsoft 365 environment based app for a health care system for vaccine ordering. The back end of the app would be primarily Sharepoint lists. The app would have the following capabilities: Client-facing: - a module to build and submit an order, selecting from a defined catalogue of vaccine products, and ordering within pre-defined limits (i.e. minimum order quantities, requirements to order by specific multiples, etc.) - a module to receive orders and upload documentation like packing slips and temperature reports Internal - a module for procurement staff to review submitted orders, approve them, and send the order information to suppliers via email - a module to track submitted orders as they are received and pull documents like packing slips to enable invoice payment - ability to use sales data to track inventory; products are distributed from 2 inventory sources (i.e. each vaccine may have 2 sources of inventory). Data analysis would be primarily via PowerBI, pulling data from Sharepoint lists that make up the app's back end. This project does not encompass building a PowerBI dashboard, but the back-end data will have to be formatted so that it is compatible with being used as part of a PowerBI dashboard. Inventory management is related to overall stock only, not specific lot numbers, so this should not require a relational database. Aside from PowerApps and Sharepoint, this project may also use PowerAutomate to accomplish certain steps. The app will primarily be used via computer, so mobile optimisation is not required.
