Shopify Product Note Integration

I’d like visitors to my Shopify store to choose or write a message that travels all the way through checkout and appears clearly on the order in the admin. Here’s what I need built: • A compact drop-down just above the “Add to Cart” button that lists a few ready-made greetings (e.g., “Happy Birthday!”, “Congratulations!”, “Thinking of You”). • Directly beneath that, a single-line text field for anyone who wants to type a custom note for the greeting card instead. • Whichever option the shopper uses must be stored with the line-item properties so it shows in the cart, checkout, confirmation email, and order details. • Styling should match my current theme and remain responsive on mobile. • Please work in a duplicate theme first, then share a preview link so I can test before publishing. If you’ve handled line-item properties, cart notes, or similar custom inputs in Shopify before, this will be straightforward.
