Fine tune my store revamp it Shopify expert needed

Finetune my shopify making sure format design and structure is all correct privacy policy, shop page about us ect is all in correct format and placing and everything spelled right as well as the store is seo, google and mobile friendly please Shopify expert only this is my first posting here I was using fiverr have gone through 25 techs and still my store a nightmare so bad I decided to put it on pause I need it done I’ve wasted so much money and time that now I’m broke so am only able to pay low budget but can offer commission of sales if interested idk I’m at a loss for options I’m starting to feel as if fiverr freelancers have drained my e-commerce dream I’d like to get back in the spirit but tired of techs saying they can and will do something but turn out Saba Togo gets my store if anyone can help I would truly appreciate thanks for your time sorry so long
