I’m looking for someone who can comfortably move between Lean Six Sigma process work, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) finance analysis, and classic executive-level support. If you already hold a Six Sigma certification and have used it to streamline workflows, that experience will be put to work from day one. Just as important is solid knowledge of CRE finance—you’ll help me run numbers on new projects, stress-test models, and package insights for investors. On the operations side, you’ll own my calendar, inbox triage, and meeting logistics so I can stay focused on high-value conversations. Expect a steady flow of scheduling requests, follow-ups, and CRM updates that need quick, accurate turnaround. Key day-to-day work • Map and improve internal processes with DMAIC and similar Six Sigma tools, then track results in simple dashboards • Build and maintain deal analyses in Microsoft Excel, incorporating rent rolls, pro-formas, and sensitivity tables • Keep opportunities current in our CRM software, monitor pipeline health, and surface warm leads for outreach • Coordinate calls, travel, and project timelines through our project management tool, ensuring nothing slips I value concise communication, clean spreadsheets, and proactive problem-solving.
