Create an NFT Minting DApp and Smart Contract

1)I have 10,000 NFT Images already created
2)I have 10,000 Metadata files already created
What i need:
1)I need someone to create a minting DApp for a website which is compatiable with opensea
2)The smart ethereum contract will need to split 25% and 75% of the intial sale price between two wallets and also split any future royalties between two wallets 50/50.
You will need to help guide me through the launch process that you think will be good and must have worked on this type of project before and also happy to help with future development requirements.
