Most DMARC setups I audit have the record in place but p=none sitting there, which means spoofed mail still gets delivered. The record exists, it's just not enforcing anything. What I'd do: pull your current SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and check for the common failure points, SPF lookup count hitting the 10-record limit, DKIM selectors not rotating, DMARC alignment gaps between your envelope and header From. Then a spoofing test to see what actually gets through, fix whatever I find on the DNS side, and write up the findings with what was changed and why. 350 SGD for the full audit, fixes, and written report over 3 days.
