Need social graph adviser for real estate portal

Hi, I need someone who can explain how we can integrate social engine, social graph and new technology on our real estate portal. This person will examine my website and email me an outline of possible ways to integrate new technologies, facebook open graph, twitter etc in ways that are not obvious. Skype chat is needed to explain further. I know how to add the Facebook login, how to tweet all my content etc, I need someone who can identify areas where we can one step further and implement features that are new. If the advise given and the road map for integration is interesting we will hire either you or someone you might recommend to help with the actual work.
