Bilingual Assistant for Mexico animal welfare non profit, social media engagement and communications

Job Description:
Our project aims to create an animal shelter/ hostel/ community garden where we will work with other nonprofits in both Mexico and the US. Our model plans to be self-sustaining in that we will not rely solely on donations but also be supported by income from the Hostel. We have the land and are working with an architect to design custom buildings.
We are looking for an assistant that is bilingual as we work with people in the US and Mexico. Aside from general tasks we are looking for a person that is experienced with building a social media following, experience with social media engagement and experience with communicating with people via email, social media chats, blog comments, and voicemails.
