We are looking for a dedicated and proactive LinkedIn Handling Executive to support our international conference outreach initiatives. This is a performance-based role, focused on generating quality leads and driving conference participation through LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a professional LinkedIn presence aligned with organizational goals. Promote upcoming international conferences through posts, updates, and event promotions. Identify and connect with potential speakers, delegates, and clients relevant to the conference theme. Conduct targeted outreach via LinkedIn Messaging with personalized communication. Generate qualified leads (speakers, sponsors, and participants) for conferences. Maintain follow-ups and build professional relationships to convert leads into participants. Requirements: Professional LinkedIn Profile Must have an active and professional LinkedIn account. Candidates without a profile are required to create one before applying. Experience (Preferred but Not Mandatory) Experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or social media handling is an advantage. Skills & Qualities Self-motivated and target-driven Strong communication and networking skills Ability to work independently and meet lead generation goals Compensation: This is a performance-based (pay-per-lead / pay-per-conversion) role. Earnings will depend on the number and quality of leads generated and successfully converted into conference participants/speakers.
