Key deliverables • A practical, data-backed plan to grow the subreddit’s member count and daily active users • Daily moderation and real-time community engagement • Proactive brand representation in comment threads and relevant subreddits without coming off as promotional spam • Rapid triage of customer questions or issues, closing the loop publicly so the community sees resolutions in action • A concise weekly report (traffic, sentiment, top threads, improvement ideas) I’ll provide you with brand guidelines, product docs, and direct access to our internal support team to speed up escalations.
