Social Media Manager for Real Estate Team

ALL REQUIREMENTS BELOW ARE A MUST Hi, I’m currently looking for a dedicated social media manager and content creator to support a growing real estate team (agents, mortgage specialists, etc.). We’re focused on building a strong and professional online presence and need someone creative, reliable, and consistent. Scope of Work: Content Creation & Posting: Create and schedule posts for Instagram/ Threads & Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIN, Youtube shorts, & Twitter. 5 posts per week minmum (mix of graphics, carousels, and reels), Write engaging captions with proper hashtags and keywords, Content will include property listings, real estate tips, market updates, and branding, editing of raw videos, stories, highlights, clips, etc. Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) from raw clips we provide, Add captions, transitions, music, and keep up with trends, Turn basic footage into engaging, high-quality content Graphic Design: Create clean, modern, and professional graphics for posts, Maintain consistent branding across all platforms Social Media Optimization (SMO): Optimize profiles (bio, highlights, visuals, branding), Suggest posting strategies, timing, and improvements, Use effective hashtag and growth strategies Engagement & Growth: Basic engagement (replying to comments/messages if needed), Help grow audience organically, Stay updated with trends and suggest new ideas Reporting & Communication: Provide simple weekly updates on progress, Be open to feedback and revisions Goals: We want to build our social media presence organically first, create engaging content, and attract real buyers/sellers. If results are strong, we may expand into paid ads and larger campaigns. Budget: We are looking for someone within $180 USD/month max, or flexible pricing (hourly/per post) depending on experience and quality.
