ROLE SUMMARY This is an ongoing role. We are hiring a long-term Social Media Virtual Assistant to publish short-form videos and manage basic engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. This will be your only role. This is a structured, repeatable system. No creativity is required, only consistency and accuracy. The videos will be provided. COMPENSATION Hourly Rate: $3/hour Team Monthly Payday - Third Wednesday of each month Schedule: 4 hours per day, Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM PT - 7:00 PM PT (USA time) Plus Monthly Consistency Bonus: $60 (Paid if all assigned work is completed accurately and consistently daily each month) Monthly Team Bonus Participation (based on company revenue) after 3 months of receiving consecutive Consistency Bonuses TEAM MEETING Monday-Friday 3:00 PM PT (USA time) PLATFORMS Facebook Instagram TikTok Twitter DAILY CONTENT You will receive 6 short videos per day created by our content team These videos must be posted across all 3 platforms Total daily uploads: 6 videos × 3 platforms = 18 posts per day CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Video Publishing (Primary Task) Post all 6 videos to: Facebook Reels Instagram Reels TikTok Twitter Use the exact caption format provided (no changes) Use the exact hashtags provided (no changes) Ensure videos are posted correctly and fully uploaded 2. Comment Management (Daily) Monitor and respond to comments on all platforms Reply ONLY using approved responses (provided) Be polite, clear, and helpful IMPORTANT: Do NOT answer: Complex questions Legal-related questions Specific personal claim situations These must be flagged for review 3. Lead Identification Identify and flag users who: Have questions Say they are confused or stuck Ask how to start These are high-priority leads and must be reported daily 4. Daily Reporting (End of Shift) Provide a simple report: Number of videos posted Number of comments replied to Any issues or errors List of flagged comments/leads WORK STANDARDS (CRITICAL) No rushing No skipped posts No changing captions or hashtags No guessing answers to comments Follow instructions exactly Consistency is more important than speed. TOOLS / WORKFLOW Videos will be provided via shared folder (Google Drive) You will follow a structured posting process daily Work should be completed in organized batches (not randomly) SUCCESS METRICS 100% of videos posted daily Accurate captions and hashtags Timely and correct comment replies Proper identification of leads Consistent daily performance Place the term "Got it" in your reply to indicate you've read the ad. LONG-TERM OPPORTUNITY This role can grow into: Increased hours and LARGE team bonus compensation monthly (based on company revenue) FINAL NOTE This is a system-driven role. You are not expected to create content, only to execute with precision and consistency every day.
