I need a social-savvy creator who can keep our salon’s Instagram feed fresh, modern and on-trend. Each week you’ll craft three eye-catching Reels and three static photo or graphic posts, then publish them with the right captions, hashtags and music to maximise reach. Twice a month you’ll pop into the salon, soak up the vibe, film behind-the-scenes moments and gather fresh photos so the content always feels authentic and timely. While you’re at it, you’ll coordinate visits from local celebrities or other well-known figures, capture their experience on video and turn that footage into thumb-stopping Reels. I’ll also rely on you to design sharp posters and graphics for in-house promotions and events, making sure everything stays true to our clean, modern aesthetic. Day-to-day, you’ll handle DM replies, comment threads and proactive engagement with nearby accounts to grow our following organically. Strong knowledge of Instagram’s latest features (Reels editor, Stories stickers, Collab posts, etc.) is essential. Deliverables and checkpoints • 3 Reels + 3 static posts published each week • On-site content shoot twice per month (flexible weekdays) • At least one influencer collaboration clip each month • Fresh promo poster/graphic assets as needed (typically 2–4 per month) • Daily engagement and prompt response to messages • Monthly insights report outlining growth and top-performing content If you live close enough to visit regularly, love turning salon energy into scroll-stopping visuals and have a track record of growing Instagram pages, let’s chat and get started.
