I need a basic Twitter strategy for a B2B organisation, based on a basic strategic outline which I will provide.
This industry is still somewhat niche (in Australia, where I am based) so content, Twitter influencers etc aren't prolific. We glean most of our insights from the US yet we have produced a lot of content for our local market (on the blog which I will share with the successful worker). The strategy needs to incorporate sharing of original and third party content. It just needs to be a basic framework. I need the same for LinkedIn company page but first want to get a price and turnaround time for Twitter alone.

I will provide the outline for the Strategy, the appointed person need only complete each section for me. So the requirement is very straightforward.
I have our buyer persona, original & engaging content and scheduling & management tool to support the strategy (Agora Pulse [login to view URL]). Twitter lists, hashtags, key people (global, not just in our region), industries and targeting clients should be factored into the strategy. This is a new strategy for the new FY.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Understanding of Twitter in a B2B context, understanding of the changes that have been implemented to Twitter recently. Experience in delivering a B2B Twitter strategy in the past. Other B2B marketing & comms experience will be valuable. I am looking to access a freelancer on an ongoing basis, to support the Twitter strategy for the business.
I just want the outline, a template. I can populate it with my knowledge of the market in which I work, I just don't have time to build that now.
