10,000 targetted Fans needed _ Fans need to be from Malta

I am looking for thousands of Facebook Fans for a large no. of my Facebook Fanpages, all of which are from Malta which is an island in the Mediterranean. I require 10,000 fans for 1 page for this project in question Requirements for this project: -All Fans must be REAL PEOPLE with active facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended. ABSOLUTELY NO FAKES, NO BOTS, NO SPAM! -All Fans are to be located within Malta -All fans must have a minimum of 20+ friends with a minimum of 5 photos. -All fans must be the age of 17 and over. -All fans must be active and have logged in within the past 30 days. -ABSOLUTELY NO fans are allowed to be spammers or risk of having their accounts deleted. -ABSOLUTELY NO fans with illegal pictures, pornography or any content that will jeopardize their accounts deleted. -ABSOLUTELY NO fans that will risk my fan page being deleted. -Please use good practices for inviting fans and the making is slow and gradual. - I will be using Facebook insights for checking the countries of fans Please enclose a a project plan on how you intend on reaching the target prior commencement together with your bid for 10,000 fans from MALTA. If I am satisfied with your work, I will send you project details for approximately 3 more identicle projects for different pages. I am looking for a partner who I can rely on and work with in multiple social media projects. Payments: You will be paid 15 days after project completion.
