Firmware for controlling electronic throttle valve (closed loop setup)

I need working firmware to control a electronic control valve using either a PIC 18F4450 or a 18F4685. The basic function should be controlling the position of the ETC using a potentiometer, very accurately and fast.

The hardware available (for which the firmware should be intented):

- MikroE EasyPIC6 development board

- Siemens VDO ETC with Throttle Position Sensor (inverted signal 5-0V)

- PIC 18F4450 or 18F4685 MCU

- LMD18200 H-bridge

Preffered compiler: MikroC Pro for PIC

Attached is a simple firmware example which works, but gives to much oscillation (vibration) of the throttle valve. It is fast and well responding however.
