Job Description:

Application should be on windows.

Network-streams Video Recorder

 Capture up to 10+ (depending on hardware capabilities) live streaming sources (UDP/TCP).  The simultaneous captures are grouped in sessions.& transcode to AVI,& MOV formats.

4 channels Broadcast Video Player

 Outputs the live sources or the recorded source through a Decklink Quad card.

 One channel is used for multiview (composed with user-specified streams, e.g., 4, 16), the other three channels are used for user- selected single streams. All streams belong to the same session.

User-interface

 browse and view the existing recordings

 view the live streams

 search by metadata in existing recording

 insert metadata during recordings (per session or per stream)

 edit metadata (i.e., add, modify, delete metadata) on recorded sessions

 Auto recording,schedule recordings or command an immediate recording

 manage simple roles (e.g., to distinguish between users able to control recording, edit metadata, or simply browse repository).

 preview the broadcast output

 control the broadcast output.

 control the streams going to the (three) single-stream channels
