Write extension-software for google chrome

Hello,

I would like to suggest to make a Monitoring software or extension for chrome, which could automatically refresh websites content-selected table by wanted time(1,2,5, 10minutes, hours, days).

Its not working by url-link refreshing, because url always the same, but table-content block changes.

In addition, one programmer created for me software, but now still not working, because software not getting request from site.

This created software worked by pushing plus sign then added company to monitorng list and making sound if that company loads/trucks added/removed/changed by selected time.

Need some help to make this software work again
