I have a small simple application that doesn't have much to it. Basically
You open up a form enter data, then I have a search form that allows you to search those records.
We want to integrate this small application into microsoft's invoicing program (All done in Access 2010). You can download the "Services Template".
1) We want to integrate the user login that the template has.
2) In the application that I created we have a form we enter certain information that needs to be on an invoice, and we don't want to do work twice. So we will need to have a generate invoice button which is where integrating with microsoft's template comes in. So you have a
a) Patient Disclosure Form
b) From the patient discolusre form there is a generate invoice button which will pretty much prefill and invoice form from the services template.
3) In microsoft's service template we want to modify the invoice to be able to select two customers instead of one. The first one selected will be the customer getting billed which is already in place and default. The second one would need to be just for our reference. So we can run reports based on that one reference.
You can find the services template (invoicing app) here.
