1. This integration should use CRM 2011 SDK and RESTful API provided by SNAPi telephony system.
2 This integration should allow the users to make predictive dialling to lead records from CRM 2011 (On-Premise) system.
3. There should be a button on the lead record to make outgoing calls from CRM system
4. When the phone call is received by the user, it should pop up a window with details of the caller if it already exists in CRM system. If the caller details does not exist in the system, it should create a new lead record with details.
5. Press 1 Campaign, This should allow user to dial a list of leads from the CRM system. The call reads out the message saying “If you are interested please dial 1”. If the client dials 1, then the call gets connected to one of the number in the IVR, or goes in a queue and assigns the call to the agent who is available.
