I spend a lot of time taking screenshots of candlestick charts and then pasting them into Microsoft Powerpoint. To take a screenshot I use the snipping tool within Windows 7. I have recently upgraded to Microsoft Powerpoint 2010 and every time I paste the screenshot into powerpoint the image is two to three times the size of the slide. I then proceed to right click in the screenshot, click size and position and change the size of the image in this manner but as you can appreciate this is very time consuming. I need a way to resize my screenshots so that they fit on the slide by using either a macro or some other method. It doesn't have to be a macro if there is another way. I have tried using the repeat function (F4) within powerpoint however this doesn't appear to work for resizing images.
I can provide an example of the way a Powerpoint slide looks just after I paste the screenshot if that helps. Any ideas of the best way to go about doing this would be welcome. I imagine a macro would do it.

Hello My name is Matt Andrews, I deal with Macros all the time and believe I can help resolve your issue. Please consider my bid. //Respectfully Matt
I've developed several similar add-ins for PowerPoint. I would recommend a simple ribbon button that triggers some VBA code to resize images when pressed. It shouldn't take long to develop.
