Chat agent shall work for following major categories.
1. Information Gathering
2. Information Sharing
Chat agent shall take following information from leads/visitors from website.
1. Greetings/Welcome Messages.
2. Lead contact details to build customer database. Maximum attempts to get contact details. For example
b. Location (can be atomized using ip tracking).
c. Mobile number
d. E-mail id
3. Required procedure details from web-visitor to answer queries. (can be atomized by tracking webpage).
4. Chat agent shall check or drive visitor interest towards Appointment Booking. (Ask for Appointment Specific information).
5. For cost/price related queries chat agent shall gather lead/visitors personnel/required details to share quotation.
As per gathered/received data from lead/visitor, chat agent shall share following information.
1. Chat agent shall answer related queries from lead.
2. Doctor/centre related information.
3. Procedure/Specialization related information.
4. Doctor’s availability. If visitor is ready to book appointment then show doctor’s schedule. (Date and time).
a. Initiate or Alert Real Agent (admin) regarding appointment booking so accordingly further process will start.
b. Patient contact details are mandatory here.
5. Chat agent shall make maximum attempt to get leads personnel/contact information while sharing information.
• Information Sharing and Gathering shall be in various format, for example – PDF, Document, Excel, Images, Audio, Video and links.
• Mail shall sent to admin as well as visitor once chat is terminated.
Example: Following are draft/rough details for chat.
1. Greeting/welcome message.
2. Location asking question or get confirmation on location using ip tracking. (Where are you from? Or Are you from Mumbai? - IP)
3. Procedure specific questions.
a. Which procedure/Treatment are you looking for?
b. Are you looking for Liposuction (if liposuction link page is opened).
4. Asking for Contact Details.

5. Appointment Asking questions. Example would you like to have consultation from doctor?
a. If yes – get date and time and then confirmation message (Counselor will contact you in personnel).
i. Get contact details if not given (Name, Mobile number, E-mail id)
ii. Get required personnel details.
iii. Alert message or mail to admin.
b. If not – then question specific to share more details about procedure/treatment.
6. Cost specific question by visitor then gather required details to send quotation mail to visitor.
