I have already done a similar task .. I will be using C# with iTextsharp to create pdf from csv or XML. 1- Can you please share with me some details about the sample csv and xml ? 2- Will the format of CSV/XML be same or it may differ ? Here is a brief overview of my proposed solution 1- Two tabs a) Select Folder-->Parse button program will loop through each patient csv or xml file , parse the stuff and save in database --->Database needs to be discussed a bit. -->The application will display the results along with analysis (either positive or negative depending on values, or other simple calculations/ratios) , please have discussion with me about the GUI for display / calculation --> The user will then be able to review/append the test information (will be done,but require some discussion) - The application will generate a PDF report for that patient record. (will be done, pdf template needs to be discussed) - The user will be able to search for past patient records to generate PDF report.
