I want to create a cryptocurrency based on the source code of a currently available coin with some tweaks to it.

I want to make these alterations to it:
- Decrease the rate at which the difficulty level increases.
- Decrease the total number of coins available
- Add masternodes
This needs to include
- Wallet (qt).
- Encrypted personal messaging in the wallet.
- Blockexplorer set up online.
- A difficulty chart similar to; https://etherscan.io/chart/difficulty.
- Thorough testing to ensure that the mining is working as intended, both solo and PoW before launching the official coin + PoS with APR of course.
- Thorough testing of masternodes and its setup.
- Getting coin live according to my time request (must be exact).
