Ledger Customer creation using mobile number to prevent duplicate ledger creation. Customer search during billing and to view ledger and purchase details using mobile number. 2. Item/Product ( Warranty ) A. During item creation there will be option to add applicable warranty period (Month /Day/year) which is based on sale date of the product (for job replacement date). Date can be change during sale or replacement time. B. Out of warranty product report with details like serial no and sale date price with customer name, mobile number and address (area). C. Warranty expiry report. It can be search date to date (period); that which product warranty are going to expiry or already expired with customer details and phone number of customer. D. Warranty extension- expired or going to expired warranty with GST or NON-GST billing and report 3. Sale- AMC A. During retail sale there will be option to add service details (number of service, customer home service or self-store service). Product details like serial number, vehicle number etc. can be added during sale. B. There will be option to add service date in sale bill along with warranty date. C. AMC service (Paid/free) allotment to the service boys (Area/rout wise). All customer of an area/rout will be provide services on a single day by a specific service. A report will be generated for an area/ rout to whom service will be provided by whom and there will be a customer sign area also with remarks. D. If any reason service date have to be reschedule. It must be done thorough software. E. After service is completed it will be updated in the software and a report must be generated. [login to view URL] A. There will be two types of job A) Retail Job B) wholesale Job B. Job creation, Then job setup( For out of warranty product apply charge) C. Status like full replacement if required or just parts change required job D. Which job is open and which is close on which date with the status. E. Parts needed for the job with serial number and company invoice number for the parts. F. If the product is replaced there will be an option to add the new warranty date.
