Write some software -- 3

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . I would like to make an app for windows 10 and iOS hybrid. Want to develop purchase ordering system with basic functionality. I have made an excel version of it so that will give you an idea of what I’m looking to make.

It should be straight forward. User login.

Create Po tab, add vendors, add item lists.

purchase order picks up info from the vendor list and item list and generates a purchase order.

Item list will be categorized according to the groups.
