DeRisk Asset Project

I want to develop a new petroleum asset valuation (economic modelling) package that will be based on the theory behind my PhD thesis. I need one of the best and affordable developers to help me achieve this dream, someone who also understands financial modelling and logical systems. The platform will be a web based e-commerce application, (with light app option), which any investor and clients (analysts, bankers, government agents, etc) can remotely use with back-end admin support (if required) to crosscheck or review their valuation during acquisition bids and offers. The e-commerce platform will run an account based subscription system whereby clients will own and maintain their accounts for steady revenue generation. Their account can hold several projects / transactions or bundles of transactions within a project such that they can always come back to it anytime and share it with their stakeholders as automatic reports or remote access of limited control. The platform will allow each user to initiate a project in several petroleum jurisdictions (oil producing countries) with different fiscal regimes. Therefore to eliminate the need for petroleum economists to program these fiscal systems, the platform with be be based on an omnibus that allows the users to select any standard fiscal model pertaining to the project in their jurisdiction of interest. There will be paying clients and non-paying clients. Users (ill be guided through a step by step work-flow with user-friendly menu-driven input deck and data upload options, or data set generating algorithms. Example is direct upload of a given annual oil production over a time period or the option to generate future annual production profile using a given decline rate as input data, etc. There will be with inbuilt on-line help and training program for users. This application is for the extractive industry in a remote and network environment and for such clients as multinational and independent companies, governments, investors and financial institutions, stock exchanges, petroleum analysts and educational institutions, as such the product must be top-notch to met globally acceptable standards- no errors or bugs. Must be extremely user-friendly and attractive with auto cashflow graphs, summary output data tables and pie-charts in the output reports, which should be available for export.
