I need an experienced developer who can step into an interview-consultant role, representing our team in calls with US-based clients. Any kind of development background—frontend, backend or full-stack—is welcome, as long as you have at least five years of hands-on coding experience that lets you discuss architecture, tooling and trade-offs confidently. You will join discovery meetings, technical screenings and follow-up negotiations, translating project needs and our capabilities into clear, persuasive English. Because most calls happen with American stakeholders, I require English fluency at C1 or higher and a natural, concise communication style. Geographic location is flexible; I’m open to professionals located in LATAM, Europe or Asia, provided your time zone overlap allows you to attend morning or early-afternoon EST sessions. To move forward: • Record a brief video (in English) introducing yourself, your primary tech stack and a recent project you’re proud of. • Include a résumé or portfolio highlighting at least five years of development work. Successful collaborators will be invited to a short live call so we can gauge rapport and technical depth before scheduling client interviews.
