I need someone to develop a dialer application that does the following:
Access to the application, and full privileges is restricted to the “On Duty PBX shift supervisor”, in which he will run, and activate the Codes thru the application.
The operational workflow, procedure, through the application, will go through two (2) stages , and please note that , not by any means, should the application skip to the next stage, unless the conditions on the previous stage are not met.
The On Duty Shift Supervisor enters, activates the Codes System, which will draw a PBX line and records a voice message/ notification. Then the system should send the message to all contacts previously submitted in the application’s on call contact list.
Kindly note that integration between the application and the Avaya PBX system is essential for this process to take place.
In case one or more on call contact did not answer/hear the notification message, then the application should automatically sent an SMS and an E-mail only to those who did not receive/answer the message sent in stage one.

Lastly, we require the application to be able to show on screen all ongoing activities/processes “LIVE” to be viewed/monitored by the On Duty PBX [url removed, login to view] the application must be able to generate statistics and reports/logs of receiving, answering time/date for our reference/documentation.
