Facebook Messenger Organizer Extension

Hi dedicated freelancers. I need a tech-savvy software specialist/programmer to help me organize my facebook messages. They are from a PERSONAL facebook page, not a business one. I am a recruiter, recruiting people to our company, and I have messaged around 600 people in the past 5 years. I need some app or chrome extension where it could organize them or make it easier to locate messages, the search feature and functionality on facebook is very hard to use. I would love a way to scroll back to messages over 1 year ago for example. Or a way to locate everyone that I sent a specific message to. The problem with facebook messenger is that it runs really slowly. Also if there's a way I could tag leads in the messenger, so that they would stand out in the messages, that would help. Any way of identifying these people would help, it's even helpful for us to locate the people who have not responded to my previous messages, or people who I've had longer conversations with, or people who are facebook friends, or people whom I've sent a friend request to that didn't respond. For context, I usually messages people greeting them, then I ask them which course they are on (course 1,2,3,4,5 or simulation 1, or simulation 2). I'm mostly looking to reconnect with people whom I've had previous relationships with, to see if there's a chance they will come to our company. Once the people are categorized/organized, I could strategically contact them. It may also be helpful if I can message people in bulk with text or an image.
