Windows Mobile Barcode Scanner Application for Motorola MC-70

I have need of a software solution to scan barcodes using Motorola MC70 devices. System function workflow is as follows: 1. User either enters, scans, or selects from a downloaded list of orders 2. User scans products against the order, software will parse the barcode and determine if the product type belongs on the order and will de-dupe against the list of already scanned products (products are serialized in format: CCCCC-XXXXXXXXX where CCCCC is the product identifier and XXXXXXXXX is the lot number) 3. When user indicates the order scan is complete the solution sends a JSON API call to a web page on the network (JSON receiver is already designed, only the mobile application need be produced at this time) 4. IF the solution is offline (no network connectivity) then it will cache the transmission until it finds itself online The following interfaces are necessary: 1. Order Selection/Scan 2. Order Fulfillment Scan (when products are associated with the scanned order) 3. Scan Management (to remove scanned items before committing them to upload) The successful bidder will find themselves engaged in a project that is expected to evolve dramatically to a fully-online solution where this application will find itself published in 3rd-party warehouses. Naturally, the solution will need to evolve to eventually include security and several other management components. Phase one, however, is as outlined above.
