Mechanical Engineer for Light EV Battery Pack Design

1) Passionate and motivated mechanical engineers that have at least 3 yrs of experience in Designing Lithium-Ion battery packs.
2) Design experience in Electric vehicle battery pack design is a Plus.
3) Strong knowledge in Mechanical 3D modeling in Solidworks and/or AutoCAD.
4) Experienced in the full product life cycle from concept development, designing, and develop products in 3D CAD tools.
5) Experienced in choosing the right type of materials for battery pack enclosure designs and have a good understanding of insulation requirements for battery packs.
6) Strong knowledge in running Heat/thermal, impact, drop simulations using CAD models.
7) Must have very good knowledge in battery thermal management such as intercellular cooling, direct cooing, bottom plate cooling, etc.
8) Experienced in Tolerance stack-up analysis, generating 2D drawings.
9) Come up with innovative solutions to solve problems during the design process.
10) Good experience in working with electrical engineers to develop the entire battery pack.
11) Ability to build porotypes is a plus.
